Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These terms apply when you use venturaplumbingrapidcity.com, request an estimate, or schedule plumbing service with Ventura Plumbing ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed and insured plumbing contractor serving Rapid City, SD and the surrounding Black Hills. By using this site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and Pricing

We diagnose the issue on-site and provide a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins. Prices quoted online, by phone, or through our contact form are estimates until a technician confirms the scope of work in person; the confirmed flat-rate price is what you'll be charged, with no hourly surprises added afterward. If additional work is discovered mid-repair, we'll stop and get your approval before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Submitting a request through our site or by phone does not guarantee a specific appointment time; we'll confirm scheduling directly with you. For non-emergency appointments, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer that time to another customer.

Licensing and Insurance

Ventura Plumbing is licensed and insured to perform plumbing work in Rapid City and Pennington County. We're happy to provide proof of licensing and insurance before work begins on request.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by your technician or our office at the time of service.

Website Use

The content on this site, including text, images, and our logo, belongs to Ventura Plumbing and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on this site is provided for general reference; pricing, availability, and service details are subject to change and are confirmed at the time you contact us.

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will address any issue directly related to work we performed. To the fullest extent permitted by South Dakota law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from delays outside our reasonable control (such as weather, parts availability, or access issues at a property).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
